Terms and Conditions
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Company checks will be accepted only with pre-approved credit. Net terms are available to pre-approved customers. Please fill-out our Credit Application. Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. No shipments will be made on delinquent accounts that are due past 15 days until brought current.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Orders are normally shipped by UPS of or Federal Express from our warehouse in Los Angeles. If items in your order are out of stock we’ll notify you. Most backorders ship within two weeks.
Exchange/ Return Policy
CALA Apparel guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, color, or size of an item, notify us within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please call in to get an approved authorization number. Please ensure that each box returned is marked with that Return Authorization Number. All returning boxes which have not been pre-authorized or marked with assigned return number will be refused. Items that have been altered or modified in any manner (dyed, printed, embroidered, etc.) cannot be accepted for exchange or return. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned garments. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
